RESOLVED: Problems authenticating into OhioLINK

UPDATE: 6:20pm

The system engineers have reported that the problems with authentication have been resolved. If you are still experiencing problems, please clear your cache and cookies and retry. You can report the problem as directed if you continue to experience problems. Please remember to include which school you are attending.

We have received multiple reports from students who are having problems authenticating from off-campus into OhioLINK resources such as the Electronic Journal Center and the Electronic Book Center.

We are working with our system engineers to resolve the issue and will post when the problem is resolved. We apologize for the interruption in service.
