Take a Peek at the New Digital Media Center
OhioLINK's new and improved Digital Media Center interface is now available for preview
The new DMC offers:
- A prominent area for featured collections, which allows us to highlight new additions and showcase current items
- One-click, front-page access to both individual collections and entire subject areas (i.e. Art & Architecture)
- A cleaner, updated look
The new DMC is scheduled to go live on March 26. Once it is live, the URL for the new DMC will be the same as the current URL: http://dmc.ohiolink.edu.
Bookmarks to individual items from the old DMC (e.g. a bookmark to an individual artwork) will not carry over to the new DMC. You will need to update these bookmarks after March 26. Persistent URLs (those that begin with http://rave.ohiolink.edu) for videos in the Digital Video Collection will carry over to the new system, so you will not need to update those bookmarks.
