Problem Reporting

These problem report forms are for the use of staff at OhioLINK libraries.

If you are a student, faculty member, or other user of OhioLINK resources, please request help from your library.

Please select one of the following:

• Is this an emergency?
• ON-CAMPUS: Can’t get into a database
• OFF-CAMPUS: Can’t get into a database
• Error While Searching a Database
• New or Changed IP Numbers

For EBSCO databases:

• Report content or interface problems directly to EBSCO, using the EBSCO report form.
• Report connection problems to OhioLINK: on-campus or off-campus.
